We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in AP Automation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, and using your skills and expertise to drive sales growth and revenue.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading global company in the AP Automation industry. You will have the chance to learn about our products and solutions, and use your skills and expertise to help drive sales growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a BDR or sales role within a SaaS or tech company, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish. They will also have a high level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Using your knowledge of our products and solutions to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and seamlessly transition leads into the sales funnel.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
