Job Overview
Mondelēz International seeks an experienced Health and Safety Manager to support its Nordics market unit. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of HSE standards, programs, processes, and initiatives in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
This is a crucial role that ensures compliance with workplace legislation, enhances workplace conditions, and fosters a safety-first culture across office and field sales locations.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversight of HSE program development, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Coordinating risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance awareness and support a zero-incident culture
- Ensuring compliance with local and company regulations through thorough understanding and adherence to country-specific legislation
- Participating in incident investigations and leading the resolution process based on root cause analysis
Requirements
- Expertise in Swedish work environment legislation, with additional knowledge in one or more of the other Nordic countries
- Experience with Systematic Work Environment Management and HSE, either from a specialized role focused on workplace environment or as part of broader HR responsibilities
- Educational background in HR, HSE, or a related field, or equivalent
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Strong collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
