Arbetsuppgifter:
Som controller kommer du att vara en viktig del av ett eller flera uppdrag där du ansvarar för att driva och utveckla den ekonomiska uppföljningen och rapporteringen. Ditt arbete innebär att analysera och kommunicera finansiell information som stödjer ledningens beslut och strategiska mål. Du kommer att arbeta med budgetering, prognoser, avvikelserapportering samt framtagning av nyckeltal och analyser för att säkerställa att företaget når sina ekonomiska mål.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter kan vara:

• Ansvara för månads- och årsbokslut, samt rapportering till ledning och styrelse.

• Analysera och följa upp budget och prognoser.

• Arbeta nära verksamheten och agera rådgivare för chefer och beslutsfattare.

• Identifiera och driva förbättringsinitiativ inom ekonomistyrning och processer.

• Utveckla och implementera rapporteringsverktyg och nyckeltal.

Kvalifikationer:
Vi söker dig som har en relevant akademisk examen, gärna inom ekonomi, finans eller motsvarande, samt minst 3-5 års erfarenhet som Business Controller eller Financial Controller, gärna från större organisationer. Du har god erfarenhet av att arbeta med ekonomiska analyser, budgetering och uppföljning, och du har en god förståelse för affärsprocesser. Du är också van vid att arbeta med Excel på en avancerad nivå och har erfarenhet av att använda olika affärssystem. Vi värdesätter din förmåga att kommunicera ekonomisk information på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt, både muntligt och skriftligt, samt att du har en analytisk och strukturerad arbetsstil. För rollen krävs att du är flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Självklart kommer du också ha en dedikerad kontaktperson hos oss på Jurek, som finns där som bollplank och stöd. Du kan själv välja om du vill samarbeta med oss som underkonsult eller föredrar en anställning hos oss – där vi förstås erbjuder kollektivavtal.
