Your role at a glance
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Juni, you will be a pivotal leader in driving product and customer insights. Your role is essential in ensuring that our product positioning, value propositions, customer insights, product launches, and sales enablement are strategically aligned and impactful. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Communication, and Growth teams, requiring a blend of creative, strategic, and tactical skills.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
1. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Craft clear and compelling messaging that differentiates the product from competitors
- Define the value proposition for various customer segments at Feature Level, Product Suite Level, and Platform level
- Work with commercial and Communication & Growth teams to align messaging across marketing channels, sales collateral, and the company's help website
2. Go-to-market strategy
- Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches or feature updates
- Collaborate with Sales, Communication, and Growth marketing teams to ensure seamless product rollouts
- Define key metrics for product success and adoption. Track impact on metric post-launch announcements
3. Product Adoption & Customer Engagement
- Work with customer success teams to gather testimonials, case studies, and customer stories
- Monitor product usage data and implement strategies to increase engagement and retention
- Build strategies to encourage product engagement via product marketing initiatives or technologies like Product Tours
4. Customer insights and market research
- Analyse and document customer needs, pain points, and behavior
- Develop personas based on data-driven insights
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and refine product messaging
Within 1 Month You'll:
1. Get embedded into Product Teams and understand the roadmap - upcoming launches
2. Build a product launch calendar, which can be shared with the whole organisation
3. Successfully onboard and gain a comprehensive understanding of Juni's product suite, positioning, and messaging.
4. Establish strong relationships with product managers, sales team, and comms & growth marketing team stakeholders
Within 3 Months You'll:
1. Lead your first major product release
2. Develop advanced product positioning and feature-level messaging for Juni's product suite
3. Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to create assets and deliver integrated product marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
4. Extract insights from our community of customers and apply them to Product Marketing practices.
Within 6 Months You'll:
1. Deliver best-in-class product marketing for product releases and demonstrate the successful impact they have had.
2. Build product adoption and engagement strategies based on industry best practices

Qualifications
What we need to see:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a B2B Product Marketing role
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally between teams.
- A strong inclination towards data-driven decisions.
- Native or Business-level fluency in both Swedish and English
What we'd love to see:
- Extensive experience in owning the end-to-end product launch and retrospective process, leveraging learnings to improve efficiencies.
- Expertise in navigating market product positioning and messaging nuances.
