In this pivotal role, you'll own the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our mission to revolutionize women's healthcare through innovative, user-centric digital solutions.

You will bring a strong ability to analyze data and leverage insights to make informed, strategic decisions that drive product success. Your data-driven mindset will ensure we're not just meeting user needs but continuously optimizing the product to deliver the best experience.

Working at the intersection of technology and wellness, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and medical experts, to create products that resonate deeply with our users. Your role will ensure our product not only delivers meaningful value to our customers but also push the boundaries of what's possible in women's health.

This is a unique opportunity to build a category-defining product in an underserved market, making a tangible difference in the lives of millions of women worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define Product Vision and Strategy: Craft and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall goals and customer needs.
  2. Own the Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term objectives.
  3. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative, high-quality products on time.
  4. Customer-Centric Innovation: Deeply understand customer pain points and market trends to create products that resonate with users and drive growth.
  5. Measure Success: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product success and continuous improvement.
  6. Market Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to position and differentiate products in a competitive landscape.
  7. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve the product experience.
  8. User Conversion Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to convert free users to paid subscribers, focusing on optimizing the app's funnels and conversion points. Analyze user behavior and feedback to develop targeted campaigns, in-app messaging, promotions, and pricing strategies that drive upgrades from free to premium plans.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, ideally within the health or wellness industry, with a focus on mobile applications.
  2. Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention strategies, and monetization, particularly converting freemium users to paid subscribers.
  3. Experience in data-driven decision-making, using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, RevenueCat) to optimize user experience and drive conversions.
  4. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), user segmentation, and developing targeted in-app campaigns to increase paid subscriptions.
  5. Familiarity with product growth strategies, including onboarding flows, pricing models, and lifecycle marketing.
  6. Experience working with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on product features.
  7. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to think strategically while also paying attention to the details of execution.
  9. A strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  2. Knowledge of women's health trends, challenges, and opportunities in the digital health space.

What we offer you

  1. A friendly, curious, and international working environment with a small, ambitious team.
  2. Flexible working opportunities.
  3. Impact the future of the company.
  4. Fun meet-ups with the whole team around Europe.
  5. Play a big role in our mission to improve the future of female health.
  6. Competitive salary with the opportunity for options.
