Your leadership will be instrumental in defining our product culture, enhancing ways of working, and driving a best-in-class approach to product development.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

- Drive product evangelism, championing your domain's vision and value proposition across the organization and to external partners.

- Act as the primary point of contact for CXO-level executives and other senior leaders, providing regular updates on product strategy, progress, and performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, engineering, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

- Oversee the development and execution of short-, mid-, and long-term product roadmaps, ensuring efficient and structured delivery.

- Establish and monitor key product and development performance metrics (KPIs), using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Required skills and experience

- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading product strategy and execution in complex environments, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.

- B.Sc or higher in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (M.Sc. or MBA) preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.

- Experience in mentoring and developing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

- Deep understanding of the payments industry, including regulatory landscapes (e.g., PSD2), emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, including CXO-level executives.

-

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Preferred skills

- Proven experience in Open Banking and navigating regulated financial environments.

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling merchant-facing payment products.

- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.

What we offer

- An optimistic, caring, and inclusive culture where you can be yourself.

- A dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment, with the chance to join one of Europe's hottest fintechs and learn from industry leaders.

- The opportunity to make an impact from day one in an organisation that values quick decision-making, teamwork, and results over titles.

- Exposure to a variety of verticals and use cases for our payments products, working with some of the fastest-growing businesses in Europe.

- An annual well-being and professional development allowance to invest in your personal growth.

- A team of fun, skilled professionals who together raised the largest Series A ($60m) in Europe last year – join colleagues who are committed to making a lasting impact.
