As a Project Order Manager, you will be the central coordinator, bridging the gap between Production Management, Project Managers, and the workshop teams. Your core purpose is to ensure the optimal execution of all ongoing projects and orders, driving efficiency and quality. You are offered - A long term job at a reputable, international company that makes real change for the environment - A dedicated consultant manager during the first year as a consultant before your contract is transfered directly to the company ARBETSUPPGIFTER Work tasks This role involves comprehensive oversight of project orders, from initial planning and scheduling to daily progress monitoring, quality assurance, and financial follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination across all internal and external stakeholders. * Planning and scheduling of work in the workshop and at Subcontractors * Daily progress monitoring for customer projects and orders * Check and ensure quality, cost, and delivery times from inhouse and subcontracted deliveries are in accordance with handover and technical documentation * Coordination of internal and external sources to secure delivery on time, cost, and quality * Managing production orders, material requests, and financial follow-up through Microsoft D365 * Leading and/or supporting daily safety, planning and improvement meeting VI SÖKER DIG SOM - Prior experience as a project manager, preferably from manufacturing engineering, or project-based production environment - Experience collaborating with people on all corporate levels, from floor workers to stakeholders It is meritorious if you have - Experience from industries like medical or pharmaceutical where high levels of quality is expected - Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: - Change oriented - Stress tolerant - Goal oriented - Orderly - Responsible Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client’s wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
