Project Manager

Give yourself an outstanding opportunity to develop and form career in a dynamic and international environment. We are now looking for a Project Manager to join us at G+D Mobile Security for a permanent position based in Stockholm.

As Project Manager in our Digital Operations unit, you play a central role throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You're involved early in the process, supporting pre-sales by assessing timelines, resources, and costs. Once a deal is closed, you lead the project from start to finish, working closely with engineers and ensuring delivery aligns with our global processes and quality standards.

Your responsibility is to keep the project stable and on track, making sure all solution scopes are delivered. Internally, you collaborate with Sales and Operations teams. Externally, you are the key point of contact for our customers. You plan and allocate resources, estimate effort, and ensure the right people are involved at the right time to deliver the project successfully to the customer.

• You are responsible for planning and steering of customer projects with various complexities in our division Mobile Security
• The typical project scope is e.g. customer onboarding on our standard or customized eSIM/connectivity solutions, targeting Telecom Industry, Automotive or OEMs
• You manage the project effectively within the given budget and time restrictions
• You evaluate and manage the risks and take mitigation measures in order to avoid or minimize risks
• You support pre-sales activities which includes effort estimation and cost assessment based on defined scope
• You are requested to suggest and contribute to process, method and tool improvement

We're looking for a senior Project Manager who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and navigates complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence. You're open-minded, respectful, and curious, always seeking to understand different perspectives before acting. With experience in intercultural environments, you thrive in diverse teams and handle global collaboration with ease. You work independently, take full responsibility for your projects, and leave a strong professional impression through your structured and proactive approach.

Moreover, you need to have:

• University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
• Proven experience running complex projects in the IT, Technology or Security industry
• Strong commercial experience with good understanding of project management tools and techniques
• Preferably experience in customer interaction
• Advanced knowledge in Swedish and English

It is extra good if you have:

• Experience managing projects covering different deployment scenarios such as hosted, Cloud and customer premises
• Preferably ITIL v3 foundation- and PMP / PRINCE 2 certification
