The role

TOTEME is looking for a Planning Analyst to join our team full-time. In this role, you will ensure that production, inventory, and sales align with customer demand and market trends. Key responsibilities include data analysis, forecasting, and optimizing inventory management, including clearance and retired stock. You will also support the Planning team in developing strategies to maximize profitability and minimize waste.

Responsibilities

· Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and fashion forecasts to assist Planning and Buying team with predicting future demand.

· Create reports that track the effectiveness of demand forecasts, analyzing any discrepancies and providing recommendations for future improvements.

· Work closely with the End-of-Lifecycle process, including markdown strategies; clearance and dead stock, ensuring minimal retired inventory through proactive stock management.

· Collaborate with production and buying teams alongside Inventory Planner to plan the production of carry over products.

· Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders accordingly to minimize overstock or stockouts.

· Create reports that track the effectiveness of demand forecasts, analyzing any discrepancies and providing recommendations for future improvements.

· Work closely with the Data Analyst and Finance team to ensure data is picked up, correct and displayed in a clear way to stakeholders. This includes month-end stock reporting accuracy.

Your profile

• Experience working in a similar role, with the ability to interpret large sets of data and extract actionable insights.

• Experience with ensuring accuracy in reporting and inventory management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including sales, marketing, and suppliers.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm to start as soon as possible.
