You are part of an international team working with Electrolux Group's community investment programs, as part of the 'People First' framework. The focus is to inspire better food consumption among consumers and professionals and to support people in need.

On top of being an integral part of the Electrolux Food Foundation team and contribute to this team's strategy and activities, your role includes three parts:

· Project lead for Engagement activities, focusing on inspiring more sustainable cooking and eating habits and food consumption. This includes promoting practical ways to reduce food waste and to eat sustainably, but also teach more sustainable culinary practices that would increase people's employability.

· Main point of contact with our main global partners: you will be working in close contact with our partners to increase the reach of current and new engagement initiatives, in the country that you are based just as in other locations. Reporting to program's local and global partners (ex. Worldchefs, AIESEC, Cook School. etc.) will also be part of your duties.

· Responsibility for the administration, follow up and reporting versus the Electrolux Food Foundation, including applications for funding and payments.

A typical day

· You will drive the development and implementation of the 'Engagement' programs as part of the Electrolux Food Foundation strategy, the Sustainability framework and the partnership 'Feed the Planet'.

· As a EFF Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to support program implementation at local Electrolux Group, business units and with our partners, and establish new locations for the program and models to replicate.

· You will also develop and maintain guidance documents and tools to enable program implementation, manage and coordinate program activities together with AIESEC and Worldchefs. Manage stakeholder relations with key global and local partners, such as Worldchefs, AIESEC and advice local program coordinators in local stakeholder management, administer and facilitate funding applications to the Board of the Electrolux Food Foundation, organize and maintain program materials.

· Through our Engagement activities, you will be increasing the reach inside and outside the company, achieving the goals in terms of people educated on sustainable eating related topics. Managing global partnership with AIESEC is a crucial part of this working area, and you will be responsible for developing new and innovative ways to achieve the agreed targets.

· Additional responsibilities include monitoring, follow up and reporting of community investment program outcomes and impacts globally.

· On the communications side, you will provide content to and collaborate with the Technology and Sustainability Communications Director and the People First Comms Manager, and be an active part of the Electrolux Food Foundation team by participating in and leading meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and activities of the team. Support in the further development of the website Replate.com will also be within this role's responsibilities. For this reason, communication Skills are key.

Education & Experience

· University degree, Master or Bachelor degree.

· Fluent in English at a professional business At this point, the S Additional languages are a plus.

· Minimum of 3 year of relevant experience, including partnership management.

· Previous experience in managing social projects

· Experience in the field of food & sustainability is preferred.
