We are a heavy machinery scale-up from Sweden looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer to join our company.

There's a global shift towards sustainability which has expanded also into heavy machinery & automotive space. This has created a need for electric and battery powered technologies. We specialize within this niche and aspire to become market leaders in engineering products for battery-powered heavy machinery.

We are working with global industrial players and are supported by top tier investors both on the Venture capital and on the industrial sides.

We are looking for a CFO with the spirit to join a venture with great potential and build it into a global company.

Responsibilities:

As a scale-up CFO role, the responsibility expands across finance, controlling, administration, fundraising and investor relations. The aspiration for the role is to be second in charge in the company next to the CEO.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in leadership or senior roles in finance, controlling, accounting, forecasting and reporting
2. Experience with investor relations
3. Experience collaborating actively with operations, product and commercial teams
4. Open to work onsite in office in Stockholm
5. Entrepreneurial and passion to join a scale-up journey
