Group Financial Controller to Two Circles Sweden

Agigo are now looking for a proactive candidate who wants to be part of developing Two Circles Sweden—a growing sports and entertainment marketing company that has recently become part of an international group. In this key role, you will be responsible for reviewing the accounting of the Swedish group’s subsidiaries and work closely with both project managers and third-party accountants.

Together with the Finance Manager, you will drive budgeting and forecasting efforts as well as improvement projects related to reporting and analysis.

Here, you will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial and close-knit environment, with an office located in central Stockholm.

The role

Permanent employment with immediate start.

Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Group Reporting: Together with Finance Manager responsible for group monthly report package including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
2. Subsidiary Accounting Oversight: Ensure subsidiary accounting and reporting processes across the group meet the high standards required for accurate monthly group reporting.
3. Group Wide Budget and Forecasting processes together with Finance Manager.
4. Group Wide NWC and Cash Flow Forecasting together with Finance Manager.
5. Audit support.
6. Integration: new group-wide software and processes to streamline operations and reporting.
7. Group Journals and Closing Processes: Be directly involved in managing group-related journal entries across all entities and a key role in the closing processes for the holding entity.
8. Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth group-level analysis as needed, offering insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

1. Academic degree in finance or accounting.
2. At least 4 years of experience in qualified accounting work and analysis.
3. Experience with project accounting and solid knowledge of K3.
4. Accustomed to working in Excel and communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
