This is the Position:

At Addtech, cash management is a cornerstone of the company’s operations, and this role is pivotal in driving financial growth and stability. The Head of Treasury is not just a technical expert but a proactive leader who takes initiative, delivers results, and drives improvements.

As Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for cash management, capital optimization, and financial risk control in alignment with Addtech’s goals and Finance Policy. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers autonomy, a collaborative environment, and the chance to contribute to the financial and sustainable success of one of the industry’s most respected companies.

This is what you will spend most of your time focusing on:

Cash Management:

- Serve as the primary contact and administrator for cash pools across commercial banks.

- Lead the integration of new subsidiaries into existing cash pool systems.

- Manage the procurement and implementation of cash management services and new cash pools.

- Optimize liquidity and interest rates across cash pools and top currency accounts, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

- Reconcile external liquidity and activities, centralizing cash processes for maximum efficiency.

Internal Bank:

- Manage intercompany loans and deposits, including granting, registration, and settlement.

- Conduct annual updates of interest terms to ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing rules.

FX Management:

- Reconcile and settle automated and manual foreign exchange transactions.

Funding:

- Oversee the procurement and administration of credit facilities and capital market financing.

- Analyze Treasury’s foreign currency exposure and execute exchanges, forward contracts, and swaps to minimize risk.

- Provide subsidiaries with analysis and guidance on effectively managing currency exposures.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

- Comprehensive understanding of cash pool operations and their optimization.

- Strong knowledge of FX trading and currency risk management.

- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).

- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and develop innovative solutions.
