OM TJÄNSTEN
I rollen som Återförsäkrings Client Coordinator kommer du att tillhöra återförsäkringsteamet i Stockholm som består av Client Coordinators, Mäklare och Analytiker och samarbeta nära Howdens övriga internationella team. Denna roll kräver att du är noggrann, initiativtagande och kommunikativ, samt att du trivs i en dynamisk miljö där det händer mycket. I rollen kommer du att fungera som en länk mellan kunder, återförsäkringsbolag och interna nätverk, koordinera och övervaka olika projekt, se till att tidslinjer hålls och att alla inblandade parter är informerade. Du kommer att arbeta administrativt och hantera uppgifter som att förbereda rapporter, dokumentation samt ansvara för affären i deras system. En del av arbetsuppgifterna innehåller även analys och rapportering.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Arbetsuppgifter


* Förnya, utforma och färdigställa återförsäkringskontrakt.
* Jämföra, sammanställa och utföra lättare analys av offertunderlag.
* Skapa och utforma PowerPoint-presentationer inför kundmöten.
* Koordinera och rapportera i placeringsprocessen.
* Bekräfta slutliga placeringar till marknader och utfärda slutliga placeringsdokument till kund inklusive administration i system.
* Boka fakturor och bistå ekonomiavdelningen med kompletterande uppgifter.
* Supporta mäklare med löpande administration av direkt - och återförsäkringskontrakt (ändringar, förfrågningar och dylikt).
* Ha kontakt med kunder och återförsäkrare där ansvar och kundrelationer utvecklas med tiden.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Har god arbetslivserfarenhet från en liknande roll inom försäkringsbranschen.
- Är noggrannn och detaljorienterad med siffersinne.
- Tar ägarskap och trivs i en dynamisk miljö.
- Har goda kunskaper i Officepaketet, framförallt PowerPoint och Excel.
- Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska då du kommer att använda båda språken i ditt dagliga arbete. Koncernspråket är engelska.

Det är meriterande om du:
- Har arbetat med försäkring eller återförsäkring.
- Har språkkunskaper i något annat nordiskt språk.
