About the position

Perido is looking for a Consumer Relations Agent for one of our clients, a large company and a well-known name in the automotive industry. The client's operations are available every day, year-round, and the work is organized in shifts, including mornings and evenings on weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM and weekends from 8 AM to 7 PM. Our client values the creative and collaborative environment that arises when employees work together on-site. Therefore, the work is carried out at the client’s office in Lindholmen, Gothenburg. Evening and weekend shifts include additional compensation.

Your daily tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized and first-class customer experience that meets the needs of both current and future customers throughout the purchase and ownership journey. As a key representative of the brand, you play a central role in fulfilling the company’s promise and contributing to a positive impact on society.

Your main responsibilities include communicating with customers, primarily via phone but also through chat and email. You will listen to their needs, address their inquiries, and provide sustainable solutions with a high level of service—all to create a positive and professional customer experience.

Our client places great emphasis on employee development. You will have access to coaching, assessments, and in-depth knowledge of products and services to grow in your role. As a specialist, you are expected to have a solid understanding of policies, processes, and systems to provide consumers with accurate and relevant responses.

Your characteristics

The role requires a flexible mindset and a proactive attitude. You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and are able to adapt to various situations—even when the business takes an unexpected turn. You believe in building customer trust by demonstrating empathy for their concerns and being attentive to their needs. Finally, strong collaboration skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with your team and coordinate with other departments to find the best solutions for customers.

Qualifications:

- Experience in handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner with a positive attitude
- Fluent in Swedish and English, able to communicate effortlessly both verbally and in writing

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment until 2025-08-17. Start 2025-02-17.
