As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business, including finance and accounting, compliance with statutory requirements, corporate governance, and risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments. You will also be a member of our management team and lead our finance team.

Our headquarter is located in Linköping and while this position is Remote/Hybrid we would like to see you within commuting distance of our headquarter. We will also consider the greater Gothenburg area where we have senior staff.

This position is correct for you if you are results-oriented, have a high level of energy, have high attention to detail, and can communicate concisely. At Netadmin, employees are at the heart of everything we do. Therefore, you will actively participate in HR matters while also focusing on supporting leadership.

Primary responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Management

- Member of the management team
- Support CEO and functional managers to develop precise business plans, priorities, and forecasts in line with +/- 5% forecast accuracy targets
- Lead a finance team of 2, that delivers excellent proactive service to its stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial leadership on issues affecting the business
- Recommend and lead efforts to improve ROIC (return on invested capital), working capital, and/or growth performance
- Coordinate all HR activities with Group HR

Finance & Reporting

- Accountable for accurate and timely monthly/quarterly financial reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting and requirements in accordance with IFRS
- Monitor and input key metrics of individual customer contracts
- Monitor and enforce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage ‘Quarterly Strategic Review’ (QSR) process, using extensive Excel modelling, pipeline, and cost analysis to prepare a robust forecast
- Ensure execution of action points from the Quarterly Strategic Review process

Governance & Risk

- Apply best practices to processes, people, and systems to affect revenue, profitability, and cash-flow, to improve operating efficiency and performance
- Lead and implement the introduction of new systems and processes, such as new financial systems, expense management, and other reporting systems. Netadmin is just about to migrate into NetSuite
- Responsible for Risk Management process review, effective internal controls, policy standardization, and process improvements
- Responsible for intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation
- Oversee and improve effective administration processes and systems for company records and contracts
- Stay abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance for the finance functions

Legal

- Work closely with all functional leads to ensure projects bids and contract terms, financial and otherwise, adhere to corporate parameters
- Coordinate all legal activities with Group CFO

Skills and competences

Ideal candidates will have the following experience, skills, knowledge, and personal characteristics:

Must have

- Swedish and English languages (verbal and written communication)
- Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in finance/Accounting
- Proven experience as Finance Director or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and applications under IFRS
- Proven track record of progressive financial experience in a leadership role and people management
- Software industry experience is preferable
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and presentation) with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Works collaboratively by consulting with employees, colleagues, partners, clients, users, and stakeholders
- Ability to handle a demanding work schedule and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills in combination with a strategic, action-oriented mindset.
- Hand-on contributor in all aspects of the finance function
- Team player with an outstanding ability to work with and through others
- Humility, curiosity, and ability to investigate and learn new domains and technologies
