About the Role:

Ready to elevate your finance career? As Finance Director for iO in the Nordics, you'll be a key advisor to our management team, working closely with the Country/Regional Director to shape financial strategies and drive growth. This role gives you the chance to influence major decisions, implement impactful changes, and lead our financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partner: Work with leadership to set objectives and provide insights.
2. Financial Leadership: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
3. Performance Analysis: Review campus and project results, sharing insights with stakeholders.
4. Risk Management: Identify risks and maintain strong financial controls.
5. Process Improvement: Optimize financial processes and working capital.
6. Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of Finance Business Partners.
7. Reporting: Lead monthly financial performance reporting.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous roles such as CFO, controller, or financial analyst.
2. Education: Qualifications in controlling or accountancy.
3. Skills: Strong communication, project management, and market awareness.
