Sofigate is growing fast and we’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow solution consultant to join our Platforms business stream. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset and passion for how technology and business are changing the world.

Within the Platforms business stream, we collaborate with our customers in finding the next innovative solution that will support the customer to achieve better business results. Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a dynamic ServiceNow expert who excels in deciphering client business goals and effortlessly translates them into precise technical requirements. Your expertise spans Agile frameworks, DevOps models, and a proven track record with POC approaches. Beyond that, you bring valuable experience seamlessly navigating both traditional waterfall methods and cutting-edge methodologies.

What we expect:

1. You have a few years of experience with ServiceNow and potentially other cloud-based solutions.
2. You have both good communication and technical skills, with facilitating abilities.
3. You are passionate about technology, and what innovative solutions can do for organizations. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
4. Expertise with HR tech and/or background in HR is considered a plus.
