Who we are

Founded in January 2018, Mpya Digital is today a team of 50+ tech enthusiasts – and growing. We consult some of the most cutting-edge technology companies around the world in their development of new products and features. We believe that nurturing our passions is what makes both us and our clients successful.

For most of us, our passions lie within the area of technology and development. But what makes us Mpya Digital is that we are not only passionate (really passionate) about writing code, we are also passionate about people. What you will do

Since you will be one of the very first consultants in this venture, you will not only deliver technical solutions at the highest level for our clients, but you will also contribute to creating a positive company culture, act as a role model, and directly influence the growth of the company. You need to be courageous, caring, and entrepreneurial.

We will work with you to tailor your assignments in one of the following areas: software development, data engineering, mobile development, scrum master, agile coaching, tech lead, product owner, engineering manager, DevOps, cloud, or your preferred direction.

Together, we embark on a journey where you play an integral role in shaping opportunities. You'll find yourself at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with leading tech companies in Skåne, and potentially even Stockholm. With the full backing of Mpya Digital's organization, your potential for impact knows no boundaries.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Swedish
- University Degree or translatable work experience
- 8+ years of work experience related to software development
- Previous experience as a consultant is meriting
- A willingness to develop yourself but also future colleagues and Mpya Digital
- Based in the Malmö area
