Vi söker en ny operatör till vår läkemedelstillverkning där det primära ansvaret kommer att vara att arbeta som operatör på maskinen. Detta innebär att du kommer att montera sprutorna och säkerställa att alla komponenter sammanfogas korrekt. Du kommer även att ha ansvar för att övervaka produktionsprocessen och säkerställa att produkterna fylls på rätt sätt. En annan central arbetsuppgift är att noggrant hålla koll på journalerna för att säkerställa att alla uppgifter dokumenteras korrekt och enligt gällande riktlinjer. För rollen är det fördelaktigt att ha teknisk kompetens då det kan underlätta hanteringen av eventuella tekniska problem som kan uppstå under produktionen.



Den nuvarande produktionsgruppen består av 15 medarbetare som samarbetar tätt. Gruppen präglas av en positiv stämning och består av personer med olika åldrar och bakgrunder. Ansvarsområden

Arbeta som operatör på maskinen i läkemedelstillverkningen

*

Montera sprutorna och säkerställa korrekt sammanfogning av alla komponenter

*

Övervaka produktionsprocessen och säkerställa att produkterna fylls på rätt sätt

*

Hålla koll på och dokumentera alla uppgifter i journalerna enligt gällande riktlinjer

*

Hantera eventuella tekniska problem som kan uppstå under produktionen



Kvalifikationer:

*

Förmåga att arbeta i renrum (ISO 8, blå zon)

*

Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift



Meriterande:

*

Fördelaktigt med teknisk kompetens

*

Erfarenhet av att hantera läkemedel och arbete med liknande processer



Som operatör inom läkemedelsbranschen är det viktigt att du är noggrann och har ett kvalitetstänk samt att du har god samarbetsförmåga. Du är behjälplig och kan integrera med teamet där ge och ta feedback är en viktig del i det dagliga arbetet. Rollen kräver att du är driven och lugn samt tar ansvar för ditt arbete. Du är flexibel och uppskattar den höga pulsen i produktionen samtidigt som du trivs bra med rutinarbete.



Övrigt

Tjänsten innebär arbete på två-skift.
