- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, or equivalent knowledge or experience.
- 5+ years of progressive financial experience focused on budget, forecast, and business analysis support with a large organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency in financial systems, and data visualization tools (Oracle, SAP S4/Hana, OneStream, PowerBI, and Qlik preferred).
- Strong technical finance and analytical skills, with proven ability to understand and summarize large datasets.
- Strong business mindset, able to link financial results to operational performance drivers.
