Job Overview:

TN Sweden is seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing analytical solutions to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain industrial dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Challenge financial results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support analytical needs of plant staff and management through timely financial studies.
  • Closely monitor working capital quality and propose strategies to improve and mitigate risks.
  • Participate in plant projects and validate benefits.
  • Monitor project completion and respect budget requirements.
  • Design and maintain standard cost for the plant.
  • Ensure quality of financial information in accounting and analytical aspects.
  • Manage timely closing, evaluate or validate accruals or provisions.
  • Prepare post-closing financial and production cost variance analysis.
  • Reconcile inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
  • Prepare plan, budget, and forecasts of the plant.
  • Maintain proper internal control environment.
  • Ensure proper industrial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Strong accounting, controlling, and cash management skills.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence systems.
  • Data analysis and planning skills.
  • Highly skilled in Excel.
  • SAP proficiency.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of WCM is beneficial.
