Inköpsavdelningen står inför spännande förändringar med fokus på digitalisering och verksamhetsutveckling, som svar på ökade krav och snabbare förändringstakt. Som en del av Purchasing Excellence-avdelningen på Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Sweden AB, kommer du som vår framtida Purchasing Digital Development Manager att spela en nyckelroll i denna transformation. Genom att analysera nuläget, identifiera och implementera förbättringar, samt använda avancerade verktyg och teknologier, kommer du att bidra till att vi når våra mål och skapar värde för hela organisationen.

Som Purchasing Digital Development Manager på Toyota kommer du att arbeta med:

* Identifiera och genomföra digitala förbättringsåtgärder för att öka värdeskapandet inom inköp.
* Ta fram underlag för beslut kopplat till digitaliseringsinitiativ.
* Leda implementering av digitaliseringsinitiativ.
* Identifiera integrationsmöjligheter för inköpsdata i olika system.
* Granska datakvalitet och säkerställa optimalt data governance.
* Implementera data governance-modell och stötta verksamheten i datahantering.
* Arbeta med databasmodeller och förbättra analysförmågan.
* Ta fram PowerBi-rapporter och stötta verksamheten i användandet av PowerBi.
* Identifiera och implementera möjligheter till ökad automation.
* Utforska och genomföra AI-möjligheter inom inköp tillsammans med IS/IT.
* Visualisera data på ett användarvänligt sätt för att underlätta beslutsfattande och öka insikter.

Din profil
Till tjänsten som Purchasing Digital Development Manager söker vi dig som har/är:

* Relevant akademisk utbildning på Universitetsnivå.
* Utbildning inom systemvetenskap, databaser och informationsteknologi är meriterande.
* Minst 5 års erfarenhet av arbete med processförbättringar och/eller digitalisering.
* Erfarenhet av systemutveckling kopplat till inköp är meriterande men inte ett krav.
* Förmåga att kommunicera flytande på svenska och engelska i skrift och tal är ett krav
* Erfarenhet av databashantering och digitala verktyg, inklusive PowerBi, är starkt meriterande.
* Stark förmåga att visualisera data på ett användarvänligt sätt.
* Analytisk och kreativ förmåga samt förändringsbenägen.
* Stark passion för data och dess tillämpningar.
