Din Roll

Som Marketing Coordinator på Steam Hotel/Kokpunkten Actionbad är du en viktig del i vår marknadsavdelning. Din förmåga att skapa engagerande berättelser, genom foto, film och ord i kombination med strategiska beslut och analys, är avgörande för att vi ska kunna nå ut och inspirera våra gäster. Rollen är affärsdriven och operativ med ett brett fokus där den ena dagen sällan är den andra lik.

Du kommer att arbeta i nära samarbete med Steams Marknadschef och Content Marketer samt ESS Groups centrala Brand-, PR- och Marknadsteam i Göteborg. Tillsammans tar ni fram planer för alla våra kommunikationskanaler. Ditt arbete kommer att omfatta skapande av innehåll för sociala medier, vår hemsida, nyhetsbrev, strategier, samarbeten, in-house material samtidigt som du har stenkoll på budget och strategiska beslut.

Vad du gör

Din dag kommer att fyllas med skapande och kreativitet. Genom att publicera, hantera, sponsra och annonsera på våra sociala mediekanaler driver du försäljning och följer upp resultatet noggrant. Du skriver flinka nyhetsbrev som både skapar nyfikenhet och konverteringar och ser till att vår hemsida är up-to-date med såväl menyer som de senaste bilderna och informationen. En hel del grafiska element skapas och det kan vara nya menyn tillAW-konceptet eller en logo till nästa konsert.När det gäller influencer-samarbeten, hanterar du förfrågningar och ser till att dessa samarbeten stämmer överens med vår strategi. Uppföljning och effekten av samarbeten är något vi tycker är både spännande och viktigt.

Vem är du?

Du har en smittande positiv attityd och en stark problemlösningsförmåga. Som en proaktiv dooer tar du egna initiativ och trivs med att arbeta självständigt inom laget. Du har ett skarpt öga för det grafiska/estetiska, och det är meriterande om du behärskar verktyg så som, men inte uteslutande, Adobe Creative Suite, Creator Studio (Facebook och Instagram), Wordpress och Google Analytics.

Erfarenhet av att analysera data i Meta Business Suite är en fördel, och du är också bekväm med framtidens teknik såsom AI och annan nyutvecklad teknik. Du rör dig vant i sociala medier och har erfarenhet av att skapa engagerande innehåll för Sociala Medier, web och Nyhetsbrev.
