The role of a Real Estate Contract Management Professional is to oversee the entire Source-to-Pay process. This entails managing the full Supply Chain Management process, from project initiation and supplier sourcing to procurement and contract execution.

You will be responsible for receiving goods and services, evaluating projects, and ensuring their successful closure, all while optimizing costs, timelines, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timeline, procurement needs, specific requirements for goods, services or contractors, quality standards, and other essential criteria.
  • Supplier Sourcing & Prequalification: Conduct market research to identify service providers who can meet the project's specific requirements. Evaluate suppliers and prequalify them, ensuring clear communication regarding expectations and deliverables.
  • Procurement Process: Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including RFP/RFQ, proposal evaluation, bid management, vendor creation, PR/PO issuance, goods/services receipt coordination, invoice matching, and payment processing.
  • Contract Monitoring and Performance Management: Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, execution, monitoring, compliance, amendment, adjustment, final deliverables, and closeout.
  • Finance: Track agreed costs against actual payments and communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoicing processes.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, project procurement tracking, progress reporting, and health, safety, and environment practices.
