Join Infor’s M3 Development Team as a Senior Business Analyst and help shape the future of our cloud-based ERP platform. Based in Linköping or Stockholm, you’ll work on core architectural components and common functionality used across industries like Food & Beverage, Fashion, Distribution, and Equipment. This role blends deep technical insight with business acumen, offering a unique opportunity to influence product direction and deliver scalable solutions to global customers. Key Responsibilities - Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and functional specifications - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of features - Participate in debugging and technical discussions with a working understanding of Java code - Lead requirement analysis, design, verification, and documentation for new features and customer-reported issues - Perform testing and validation of new functionalities, including test automation - Prepare user documentation and conduct demos to support feature adoption - Contribute to architectural components such as printouts, archiving, and job management - Engage with requirement owners and application leads to aligning priorities and solutions - Support cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment Required Qualifications - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software development environment - Strong understanding of solution design and system architecture - Ability to read and understand Java code - Experience working with ERP systems or enterprise software products - Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills - Comfortable working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams - Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications - Background in software development or a transition from development to business analysis - Experience with Infor M3 or similar ERP systems - University degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field - Experience leading teams or initiatives - Swedish language skills (a plus, but not mandatory)
