To strengthen our development organization, we are seeking a strategic and industry-savvy Principal Industry Business Analyst with deep hands-on experience from sectors such as Fashion, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Discrete Manufacturing, or Process Manufacturing. This is a prime opportunity for a professional who understands ERP both from a business and technical perspective and who is passionate about driving product innovation at the heart of our solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with ERP systems—whether in consulting, customer-facing roles, or as a key user—and who wants to leverage that experience to help shape and evolve our product portfolio.

Your Role

As a Principal Industry Business Analyst, you will be the authoritative voice of industry within Product Development. Collaborating closely with the Industry Product Manager, you will help define and prioritize the product roadmap to ensure new features and enhancements directly address real-world business challenges and industry trends.

You will act as a Product Owner in agile teams, taking responsibility for clarifying requirements, defining detailed use cases, and ensuring development outputs meet the highest standards of industry relevance and customer value. Your engagement will also extend to selected customer interactions, gathering critical insights that shape our product vision and strategy.

In this pivotal role, your deep industry knowledge, structured analytical approach, and excellent communication skills will bridge the gap between market needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted industry expert within Product Development teams.
• Collaborate on roadmap planning by conducting thorough market research and industry analysis, translating the roadmap into actionable development plans.
• Decompose complex business challenges into clear, prioritized requirements and user stories.
• Document and manage comprehensive use cases and feature sets reflecting industry standards.
• Define high-level solution designs that align with industry best practices.
• Own and manage the product backlog within agile delivery teams.
• Advocate for the customer perspective throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay informed on Infor technologies and emerging industry trends to inform product innovation.
• Support initiatives involving GenAI/ML by providing industry-specific expertise and use cases.
• Develop industry-specific content, including widgets, process catalogs, persona-based workspaces, and composite applications.

Who You Are

• Experienced professional with industry knowledge in Fashion, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Discrete or Process Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Infor M3 and/or ERP implementation projects is highly valued.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting and writing for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, adept at building relationships and gathering actionable insights.
• Self-driven with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Balanced mindset blending business acumen with technical understanding.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
