CBRE GWS är verksamma inom Facility Management. Vi är specialiserade på att leverera affärsstödjande servicetjänster i såväl kontorsmiljö som produktionsanläggningar och fastigheter. Kännetecknande för vår leverans är miljömedvetenhet, säkerhet och hållbarhet.

Vi söker en erfaren och motiverad Regional Security Coordinator för att leda och förbättra vår leverans inom säkerhet på ett av våra största kunduppdrag i Sverige. Som Security Coordinator kommer du att ha det övergripande ansvaret för den del i vår kundleverans som avser säkerhet samt brand på våra site i Sverige. Du kommer att arbeta nära våra leverantörer inom fysisk samt teknisk säkerhet samt vårt interna ID-kortcenter för att säkerställa en trygg och säker arbetsmiljö. Du kommer vara kontaktperson för säkerhetsfrågor mot vår kunds lokala säkerhetsorganisation.

Vår kund har verksamhet i ett 70 tal länder i EMEA (Europa, Mellanöstern samt Afrika). I Sverige i Stockholm, Göteborg, Borås, Karlskrona, Lund, Linköping, Kumla och Luleå. Ditt huvudfokus är våra siter som anges ovan exkluderat Stockholm. Du kommer att ha kontakt med övriga säkerhetsansvariga på andra orter inom kontraktet i Sverige samt arbeta med vår Country Security Advisor. Du rapporterar till vår Operations lead.

Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter

* Säkerhetsfrågor: Övergripande ansvar för alla säkerhetsrelaterade frågor på siterna. Säkerställa att lokala säkerhetsprocedurer, processer och system fungerar effektivt.
* Leverantörskontakt: Upprätthålla och utveckla relationer med säkerhetsleverantörer för fysisk och teknisk säkerhet.
* ID-kortcenter: Samarbeta med vårt interna ID-kortcenter för att hantera tillträdeskontroll och säkerhetsidentifiering.
* Brandsäkerhet: Hantera och utveckla företagets brandsäkerhetsrutiner och säkerställa att alla brandföreskrifter följs. Ansvar för samordning av brandutrymningsövningar samt brandrelaterade utbildningar.
* Larmhantering: Proaktivt arbeta med larmhantering och implementera förebyggande åtgärder för att reducera antalet larm. Delta i larmtester och uppdatera larmkontaktsinformation.
* Väktarkontakt: Ha god kontakt med väktare på plats och säkerställa att de är informerade och uppdaterade om aktuella säkerhetsfrågor. Hantera tillfälliga eller extra säkerhetsåtgärder vid evenemang.
* ERP: Uppdatera information om utrymmesägande och bidra till företagets nödlägesplan - emergency response plan (ERP). Vidarebefordra incidentinformation till säkerhetsgruppen.
* Key Management: Implementera och hantera nyckelkontrollprogrammet
* Security Framework och Compliance Calendar: Ansvara för uppföljning och efterlevnad av företagets säkerhetsramverk och compliance-kalender.
* Teknisk säkerhet: Implementera och underhålla tekniska säkerhetssystem, inklusive övervakningskameror, inbrottslarm och passersystem. Säkerställa att alla tekniska säkerhetssystem är uppdaterade och fungerar korrekt. Utföra regelbundna säkerhetsrevisioner och riskbedömningar för att identifiera och åtgärda potentiella säkerhetsbrister. Samarbeta med IT-avdelningen för att integrera fysiska och digitala säkerhetsåtgärder.


Kvalifikationer

* Relevant utbildning och/eller erfarenhet av säkerhetsarbete, gärna inom en liknande roll.
* Goda kunskaper om brandsäkerhet, larmhantering och teknisk säkerhet.
* Förmåga att samarbeta med olika intressenter och leverantörer.
* Stark kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att bygga relationer.
* Proaktiv och lösningsorienterad inställning.
* God administrativ förmåga och IT-vana.
* Förmåga att kommunicera och presentera effektivt på både svenska och engelska
