We are looking for a Senior Service Contracts Manager / Service Owner for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is in February, 18 months limited contract to begin with. About the Role: The company is looking for a Senior Service Contracts Manager / Service Owner with 5–10 years of relevant experience to lead and further develop the global Service Contracts portfolio across five Business Unit Clusters (BUCs): APAC, MEAC, Europe, West and LATAM. This senior role has a global scope and plays a key part in strengthening the company’s service contract offering, profitability, and market penetration. You will work in close collaboration with Service Offer Managers, Service Market Managers in each cluster, and global functions within Maintainability, Reliability, Quality, and Global Bus Technology. Key Responsibilities: As Senior Service Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for: - Developing, promoting, and driving the rollout of Service Contract packages across the company’s global markets, with particular focus on TSA markets where service contracts are sold directly to end customers. - Supporting Service Market Heads in driving service contract growth, including pricing models and calculation guidance for private importers when required. - Developing and delivering training on best practices for service contracts, clearly communicating commercial benefits and value creation, with the objective of increasing service contract penetration across all clusters. - Leading the development, maintenance, and governance of Technical Price models in close collaboration with SMT, Maintainability, Quality/Reliability, and Service Market functions. - Ownership and continuous improvement of Technical Price Calculators (TPC) per market and vehicle type. - Converting TPC outputs into repair matrices and ensuring correct and timely distribution to relevant markets. - Managing and continuously updating the global service contract coverage list. - Reviewing, analyzing, reporting, and following up on the global Service Contracts portfolio, including risk assessment, budget variance, and projected financial outcomes. - Acting as Super User and first-line support within the company for the CQ system and the Technical Price Analyzer (TPA) tool. - Collecting, analyzing, and translating market and competitor insights into input for service product development and marketing activities. - Serving as the company’s main representative for UCHP service contract rollout, in close collaboration with the company’s truck division. Required Skills, Experience & Competencies: - 5–10 years of senior, relevant experience within service management, service contracts, aftersales, or commercial operations, preferably within commercial vehicles, automotive, or industrial sectors. - Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle service market and retail business models. - Proven experience in reliability engineering, including calculation and interpretation of failure rates and cost drivers. - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to structure complex data and translate insights into business decisions. - A structured, process-oriented way of working with strong attention to detail and governance. - Strong commercial awareness and solid business understanding. - A results-oriented mindset with clear focus on goals, profitability, and measurable outcomes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in an international, cross-functional environment. - A proactive driver of change with a positive, solution-oriented “can-do” mindset. - A university degree in engineering, business, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Systems & Tools Experience with the following systems is considered an advantage: Impact, Business Objects, CQ-Online, UCHP. This role requires fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in February, 18 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
