You're part of a food revolution. ?? What You'll Actually Be Doing The Day-to-Day (The Real Stuff) - ? Prep work: Chopping, slicing, marinating, measuring - ? Cooking support: Assist with cooking, frying, grilling, assembling dishes - ?️ Learn exotic ingredients: belacan, pandan, galangal, kaffir lime - ? Ingredient prep & organization: Mise en place, stock rotation - ? Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning: Maintain a spotless workspace - ? Plate & package orders: Ensure every dish looks beautiful - ? High-volume service: Fast, efficient, teamwork-focused - ?
