We’re looking for a dynamic CEO and Sales Director to join Louve Spirits, a Swedish premium spirits brand set to launch in February 2025. We aim to set a new standard in the industry, with a strong vision for the future.
About us:
Louve, founded in Sweden, is a premium spirits brand redefining the modern beverage category. Named after the French word for "she-wolf," it embodies elegance, craftsmanship, and innovation. At our heart is a handcrafted white rum, distilled in small batches from organic Cuban sugarcane and pure spring water, basked in the light of the full moon. Complementing this is a premium collection of ready-to-drink cocktails and mocktails.
About the Role:
As CEO/Sales Director, you will play a central role in the company. You will lead sales efforts, cultivate customer relationships, and oversee the daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic, innovative sales plan.
2. Oversee daily operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
3. Expand and manage supply chains and distribution channels, both domestically and internationally.
4. Define pricing strategies and monitor performance metrics to drive sales growth.
5. Oversee company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
6. Drive fundraising initiatives and spearhead efforts to establish key partnerships.
7. Collaborate with the team to align efforts, ensuring goals are met.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold the highest quality standards.
9. Contribute to brand-building efforts and the development of long-term strategies.

1. Proven experience in the Swedish spirits industry is essential.
2. A creative and strategic approach to sales, with strong operational capabilities.
3. Ability to navigate the big picture while managing details in a fast-paced environment.
4. A team player who is competitive and driven.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
6. Prior CEO experience is not required.
