As an Oracle Principal Consultant, you will take a leading role in delivering transformative projects while contributing to the continued growth and success of our team.

Responsibilities

- Take a leadership role within our Oracle EPM business across all territories but with a focus on the Nordics, driving growth in finding new opportunities and enhancing capabilities.
- Drive business growth by pursuing opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and crafting impactful proposals and presentations.
- Lead and oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction. Furthermore, leverage client relationships formed on projects to support sales activities.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing them with support and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the broader community to shape and amplify inlumi's thought leadership in digital transformation for the office of the CFO, sharing insights and best practices to drive innovation.
- Play a vital role in shaping and executing inlumi's business strategy.

Requirements

- Several years of relevant experience in consulting, digital transformation, or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects and managing challenging client stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of working closely with customers and high-level executives.
- A finance expert, including substantial experience analyzing financial data and developing financial models.
- Extensive knowledge of cutting-edge digital transformation strategies and the Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in effectively mentoring and supporting the progress and advancement of team members.
