We help clients to perform at their best by enabling them to understand their data, deliver it where and when it is needed most, and make decisions. Responsibilities
- Take ownership in key business areas with a primary focus on group consolidation.
- Lead and collaborate with EPM project teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions for clients.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and build long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, technology vendors and peers.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing them with support and opportunities for growth.
- Engage with the wider community to shape and promote inlumi's thought leadership in digital transformation for the office of the CFO, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Be instrumental in shaping and implementing inlumi’s business strategy.
- Focusing on driving growth by discovering new opportunities and strengthening capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting or within finance, digital transformation, or related field.
- Hands-on experience leading and delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication abilities, with experience of working closely with customers and high-level executives.
- Strong financial expertise, including substantial experience analysing financial data and developing financial models.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge digital transformation strategies and technologies like OneStream, Oracle, or Tagetik.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting the progress and advancement of team members.
