Om tjänsten

Som ekonomichef på Lifts All AB är du ytterst ansvarig för vår ekonomiavdelning och arbetar strategiskt och operativt för att säkerställa en effektiv ekonomistyrning. Du har det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla och förbättra ekonomiska processer samt upprätthålla en hög nivå av noggrannhet och struktur i det dagliga arbetet.

I din roll ingår även att ha det övergripande ansvaret för den ekonomiska uppföljningen av vårt dotterbolag i USA, där det operativa ansvaret hanteras av lokala resurser. Du leder en redovisningsekonom, en HR-assistent och samarbetar nära med vår produktionschef samt övriga avdelningar för att optimera ekonomiska flöden, hantera lagervärden och driva förbättringsprojekt. Tjänsten innefattar även regelbundna rapporteringar till ledningsgrupp och styrelse, där du bidrar med analyser och rekommendationer för långsiktiga beslut.

Ansvarsområden:

- Övergripande ansvar för företagets ekonomiska flöden och rapportering.
- Upprätta månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut samt årsredovisning.
- Budgetarbete och uppföljning av ekonomiska nyckeltal.
- Likviditetsplanering och kassaflödesanalyser.
- Driva och implementera förbättrade rutiner och processer, särskilt inom lagerhantering.
- Säkerställa korrekt bokföring och administration i affärssystemet Monitor.
- Delta i strategiska diskussioner och samarbeta med styrelsen.

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper

Vi söker dig som är en trygg, analytisk och driven ekonom med förmåga att kombinera operativa och strategiska arbetsuppgifter. Du är van vid att ta stort ansvar och är skicklig på att bygga effektiva arbetsprocesser i en miljö som präglas av förändring och tillväxt.

Kvalifikationer:

- Minst 5 års erfarenhet av brett arbete inom ekonomiområdet.
- Eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi.
- Erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera rutiner och processer.
- Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet.
- Erfarenhet av affärssystemet Monitor är meriterande.
- Obehindrad svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
