We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner with solid experience in running recruitment independently, primarily within tech. You have a forward-thinking approach to overcoming challenges and driving improvement in a dynamic, office-first setting. You get a kick out of building relationships, are a true team player and enjoy connecting with people and collaborating across teams and functions. With a strong eye for detail, you ensure accuracy in all HR and TA tasks, always keeping people at the heart of everything you do. Most importantly, you’re excited to contribute to building our company, sharing your expertise, and having fun while you do it

Your responsibilities

Qred is the place to be if you want to play a key role in our exciting expansion journey You will be part of a team of four, reporting to our CHRO, and working alongside another HR colleague who dedicates 50% of their time to recruitment. Together, you and the team will have a significant impact on scaling our organization and shaping the future of Qred.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Your responsibilities will be broad and diverse, covering strategic recruitment planning, employer branding initiatives, and more administrative day-to-day tasks. If you’re eager to grow and develop within Talent Acquisition and get excited by the idea of taking greater ownership of this area over time, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

Some of your focus areas:

1. Manage talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
3. Constantly look for and evaluate new tools and strategies to attract and reach out to potential new team members
4. Participate in developing various employer branding and other HR-related projects and initiatives
5. Be an ambassador for our highly valued culture and keep a stern eye for culture fit in every step of the recruitment process

Sounds like a good way of working right? Here’s what we're looking for:

1. 3+ years of experience recruiting tech talent, including roles such as Developers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers
2. Skilled at assessing technical skills and cultural fit while aligning recruitment strategies with business needs
3. Proficient in search tools like LinkedIn and comfortable exploring new sourcing methods
4. Thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities and adapting to change with ease
5. A trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership, offering insights on talent trends, market competition, and hiring strategies
6. Innovative and proactive, always seeking creative ways to attract, engage, and assess talent while improving processes
7. Fluent in English, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
8. Passionate about tech and entrepreneurship
