Vi söker en nyckelperson till vårt team.

Vi söker dig som vill vara en brygga mellan sälj och marknad. Du kommer ha en viktig roll inom företaget med ansvar för både befintliga och potentiella kundrelationer samt leveranser.

Du träffar kunderna, tar reda på deras behov, skapar kampanjer och upprättar rapporter.

Du är ansvarig för att, med hjälp av marknad, skapa trafik och försäljning genom att sökoptimera och publicera innehåll.

I rollen som Customer Success Manager behöver du ha kunskap och erfarenhet av projektledning, digitala miljöer samt välutvecklad förmåga att skapa content och AD-words kampanjer.

Rollen innefattar även support, problemlösning, att bygga relationer med nya kunder, behovsanalys och merförsäljning.

WeStudents söker nu en kollega som vill jobba med att driva och utveckla vår marknadsavdelning.

Marknad

Driva, utveckla och förstärka relationer med bolagets partnerkunder.

Ansvara för uppföljning och analys, kampanjer, kanaler för ett kontinuerligt lärande och maximal tillväxt.

Innehåll, Kommunikation & sälj

Ansvara för utformningen och vårt kommunikationsspråk i våra mediekanaler.

Utveckla våra budskap i alla våra kanaler för önskade effekter mot vår målgrupp.

Sälja och mersälja

Analytics

Väl behärska Google Analytics, Adwords och Adsense, samt Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Photoshop, InDesign, Wordpress och Mailchimp eller motsvarande system.

Ansvar

Leda och genomföra marknadsföringsinsatser för bolaget och bolagets kunder

Rapportering till VD.

Personlig profil

Du arbetar troligen i en motsvarande tjänst idag och har fler års erfarenhet av målgruppsanpassad marknadsföring, kommunikation och sälj.

Du har en akademisk utbildning från universitet eller högskola inom relevant område. Du behärskar både det strategiska arbetet och det rent operativa och gillar att blanda de båda delarna i ditt dagliga arbete. Du är duktig på att skapa framgångsrika marknadsföringskampanjer. Du har också en stark förmåga att skapa intressanta texter för olika syften. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska.

Som person är du ambitiös, driven och självgående. Du tar eget ansvar i att utveckla ditt område och dina resultat. Du är kreativ, gillar att driva projekt, arbetar strukturerat och jobbar gärna i högt tempo med flera arbetsuppgifter.

Stor vikt kommer läggas vid personlig lämplighet.
