Job Responsibilities

As the Business Infrastructure Management Director, you will facilitate the planning and execution of business changes supporting the overall transformation and digitalization of the Volvo Group. You will report to the Head of Business Infrastructure Management and be part of the BIM management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Capturing the IT service needs of VCE and ensuring they align with Group IT strategies and service deployment roadmaps.
  • Overseeing VCE requests for existing IT services, planning and prioritizing them, and ensuring their successful delivery.
  • Managing IT equipment expenses and capital budgets on behalf of VCE.
  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and Volvo Group Digital and IT teams.
  • Collaborating with various functions, including the VCE CDO organization, IOS Service Management, IOS OnSite, our partner HCL, and other IT stakeholders within Volvo Group.

As a key member of the Business Infrastructure Management team, you will contribute to the Infrastructure Portfolio's Service Strategy and Design in collaboration with the Service Management Team.
