For our Client, an international producer and distributor of equipment and elements for the construction of photovoltaic farms for B2B, B2C and agro, we are looking for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • develop and execute sales strategy for PV systems in traditional sales channels - installers, wholesalers, distributors and contractors,
  • extend offers, negotiate terms, and effectively close deals,
  • offer responsive support to inquiries and leads,
  • win and build long-term relationships with local installation partners and distributors,
  • achieve and surpass sales targets,
  • monitor and analyze market trends,
  • deliver exceptional customer support to ensure a high satisfaction level.
Requirements:
  • bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business engineering, or a related field,
  • several years of experience in a similar role will be a definite asset, 
  • network of contacts within the photovoltaic industry in Sweden will be an asset,
  • strong negotiation skills, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial agreements,
  • ability to manage a flexible work schedule independently,
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills.
