Sales Manager -MICE Vi söker nu en Sales Manager till vårt fantastiska säljteam Vi söker dig som har minst 2 års erfarenhet eller mer av sälj inom området och ett starkt nätverk. I din roll som Sales Manager kommer du att rapportera till vår Director of Sales. Dina försäljningsinsatser kommer att vara riktade mot MICE-segmentet (Meetings Incentives Conferences Events), men med den nuvarande dynamiska marknaden som vi har finns möjlighet att bredda dina fokusområden till andra segment. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: I din roll kommer du att hantera, utveckla och optimera en befintlig portfölj av MICE-kunder/agenter dessutom kommer du att:

  • Proaktivt prospektera nya kunder/agenter inom MICE-segmentet och följa säljprocessen för att konvertera kunderna/agenterna till lönsamma affärer
  • Ansvara för större avtalsförhandlingar och upphandlingar inom MICE segmentet
  • Utveckla relationer både lokalt och internationellt för att stärka och utöka kundportföljen på försäljningsmöjligheter
  • Arbeta tätt ihop med vårt Grupp & Events säljteam för att uppnå och överträffa säljteamets MICE-intäktsmål
  • Samarbeta med olika försäljningskanaler för att säkerställa att försäljningsinsatserna är samordnade på bästa sätt
  • Kundaktiviteter, både i Sverige och utomlands, såsom säljresor, kundbesök, visningar, mässor, FAM-resor, etc
  • Hantera och utveckla relationer med viktiga interna och externa kontakter
Vi söker dig som har:
  • Minst 2 års relevant eftergymnasial utbildning
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet av hotellförsäljning
  • Mycket god förståelse för branschnormer, trender och tekniskt kunnande
  • Vi ser att du har kunskap och ett väletablerat kontaktnätverk inom hotellbranschen, dessutom har du ett väletablerat lokalt och internationellt nätverk inom 3:e-partskanaler, reseagenter, TMC:s, DMC:s, eventföretag och mötesbokare
