About the role

As Head of IT Ops Sweden you will be responsible for leading the delivery of IT services to Odevo group companies within Sweden and ensuring that they align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organizations. You will act as a business partner to the senior management and other stakeholders, providing advice and guidance on IT matters and facilitating the delivery of innovative and cost-effective IT solutions. You will also own the delivery of IT Services, ensuring that these meet the quality, security, and performance standards and expectations of the users and customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management within SBC and Nabo to develop and implement an IT Ops strategy and roadmap for Odevo Sweden which is aligned to the overall IT Ops strategy for Europe.
  • Manage the IT Ops budget, ensuring resources are allocated and utilized efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead and motivate the IT Ops Sweden service delivery team, fostering a culture of service excellence, customer centricity, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, key employees, vendors, and the wider tech team
  • Provide strategic and operational advice and guidance on IT Ops matters, such as IT governance, risk management, compliance, and best practices.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can enhance the business performance and competitiveness of the Odevo group companies in Sweden.
  • Establish service level agreements and customer satisfaction metrics and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT Ops services and support.
  • Monitor and manage IT Ops performance and security, ensuring that they meet the agreed standards and expectations.
  • Oversee the delivery of agreed IT projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Ensure the alignment and integration of IT systems and processes with the businesses processes and requirements.

Who you are

To succeed in this role you will have a proven history of delivering IT services within a multi-company shared services environment. You will have excellent communication skills, a desire to deliver the highest levels of customer service and a focus on continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Experience of leading and delivering IT projects and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the current and emerging IT trends, technologies, and solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align IT with the business goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade various stakeholders at different levels.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the IT team and foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve IT issues and challenges.
  • Excellent customer service and quality orientation, with the ability to ensure the satisfaction and expectations of the users and customers.
  • A certification in ITIL, PMP, or a related field is desirable.

Location

While we have an office in Stockholm, it is a fully remote position if that suits you best. Our office is on the top floor in the newly built Sthlm 04, which offers stunning views over Stockholm.
