The Role:

Here at ZEEKR we are hiring a Customer Advisor - Stockholm to create and deliver memorable customer experiences, whilst maximizing the sales of ZEEKR EVs. Together with the team you create a customer-centric atmosphere at ZEEKR. You make customers feel welcome and supported during the customer journey.

This is what you will do most of the time:

  • Be the expert on ZEEKR products and services and provide a great customer experience. Whether it concerns the cars, electric driving in practice, charging at home and on the road, connectivity and financing, the customer can come to you for everything.
  • Engagement of the customer from initial lead, through the test drive experience, all the way through to purchase.
  • Work to achieve your weekly and monthly commercial objectives, primarily focused on the number of test drives and vehicle sales.
  • Support the customer during all steps in the purchasing process, both in the store and online.
  • Remain informed of the latest product information and ZEEKR's distinctive character compared to the competition and can communicate changes and updates to other colleagues and customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and maintaining regular and proactive contact.
  • Participate in events at an external location, to meet new customers and present our products and brand.

To be successful in the role you should demonstrate the following:

  • 3 years experience in a relationship-building customer service role, within the automotive industry is preferable.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal successfully with customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborative with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
  • Experience working with KPIs and CRM systems is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, as well as fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license is essential for conducting test drives and effectively assisting customers.
  • The willingness to work weekends.
