As a Senior Specialist of Internal Communications at Etraveli Group your belonging will be the HR department, but your playing field is our fast changing, high growth global organization. The role is business crucial, with the objective to keep staff around the globe (major offices in India, Greece, Poland, Sweden and Canada) informed and engaged and to drive team alignment and unity.

Location of the position is Stockholm or Uppsala - you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and work closely with all members of the management team.

Duties & responsibilities
  • Define communication channels, sequencing of internal communications and processes to generate content, sign off messages and ensure a continuous flow of information
  • Write, edit, proofread and produce creative and compelling communication materials that resonate with the target audience
  • Be the project leader and organizer of internal events for communication or celebration
  • Support and advice the CEO and other leaders across the organization to help them communicate effectively
  • Development of tool kits with key messages and key visuals, eventually training to those that need to communicate a lot internally
  • Management of internal communication related to any crisis or emergency
  • Management of change communication on transformational projects or initiatives
  • Leverage design skills and knowledge to conceptualize, create and deliver a variety of high quality, on-brand visual corporate communications materials in digital and print format.
  • Define and monitor meaningful KPIs to measure the effectiveness of internal communication, collect feedback from leaders and employees and act on it.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position with experience of working in a fast-paced global environment
  • Excellent English and highly aware of the appropriate tone of voice
  • Excellent Project Management skills, writing and creative skills, event planning experience, social media expertise and a keen eye for detail
  • Used to working independently and able to juggle strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Impact and influence with senior stakeholders
  • Culturally sensitive, inclusive collaborator and able to be effective in a multi-cultural environment
  • Digitally savvy and able to develop digital content independently
  • Creative and innovative (with media, with language and with visuals)
  • Experienced in negotiating with and managing external vendors
