  • Internship requirements: This is an unpaid internship and it is a prerequisite that it is incorporated into an educational program.


About the team

As part of the Global IT Operations Team, you will be responsible for IT Workplace related areas. The team consists of IT Service Managers and IT Specialists where you will be mentored by the Identity & Compliance Specialist, but will also work close to the IT Service Manager for Workplace. Together we work towards the vision of empowering seamless connectivity and productivity for every employee, wherever work takes them, through innovative, secure, and reliable IT solutions that enable a dynamic and collaborative workplace environment.


Responsibilities

  • Participate in the rollout of new IT initiatives, like software upgrades or transitions to cloud-based systems
  • Document IT processes and create user guides or knowledge base articles. Conducting inventory management for IT assets and assisting with audits for software license compliance
  • Collaborate on cybersecurity measures together with other colleagues within the IT department.

 

Your skills

  • Basic IT and computer skills (like troubleshooting, MS Office, etc.)
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Knowledge of workplace collaboration tools (like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).
  • Understanding of IT network fundamentals
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
