About the team
As part of the Sample Logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating various milestones of Sample Logistics in-house projects and logistics such as unpacking a season collection, in-house projects and being a key coordinator to various departments. The team consists of the Sample Logistics Coordinator, Sample Logistics Specialist, and Head of Sample Logistics where you will be mentored by the Sample Logistics Specialist. Together we work towards the vision of streamlining the sample logistics process from article data to end-consumer.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Support internal and external projects and collaborate closely with teams both within and outside the organization
- Co-Lead sample coordination across different inhouse projects together with the Brand Team, Studio Team, Global Merchandise team, PR Team and Retail Team
- Learn our sample inventory system (GANT Sample Manager) to be able to deliver, track and coordinate our sample collections for various projects
- Assist the Sample Logistics Specialist with Color projects for Design Team
- Assist Sample Logistics Coordinator with unpacking, Carry Over Samples coordination and structure in our sample archive
- Help to improve and develop our internal processes

Your skills and personality
- Preferably at the end of your studies in retail, merchandising, marketing, logistics, production, projects or communication
- Positive, communicative, proactive, analytical and ambitious team player - who is not afraid to come up with their suggestions and ideas
- Proficient in multitasking and solution-oriented, has attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Preferred, but not required, knowledge of Excel, Monday and the Microsoft programs
- An interest in the fashion industry or retail industry is a bonus
