Job Description:

We are looking for a project manager consultant to implement and mature the IAM engineering activities to align to ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and mitigation for ISO standards implementation.
  • Project manage and coordinate the end-to-end rollout across multiple teams and departments.
  • Create agile project plans and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and establish market standard KPIs to track overall delivery performance.
  • Ensure alignment with Business Tech PI planning and agile framework.
  • Drive seamless communication and coordination between stakeholders for a smooth rollout.

Requirements:

  • Must have a track record of successfully managing online business projects (both web and app) and understand the online customer journey, specifically IAM and IGA delivery.
  • Have experience in agile project management and agile ceremonies.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation describing new requirements, implementation plans, and changes in the IAM environment.
  • Have a security mindset and general knowledge of security concepts within IAM and IGA areas.
  • Several years of experience in project managing cross-teams and organizations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive projects independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills across business units and teams.
  • Ability to apply creative and critical thinking to propose ideas and solutions for ongoing challenges.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
