Your Role

As an Information Security Manager at Internet Vikings, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring our information security strategy. You will lead efforts to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks while ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations and standards. In collaboration with our organization, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing and maintaining security policies and guidelines.
  2. Educating and engaging employees on information security best practices.
  3. Strengthening cyber protection measures and managing security incidents.
  4. Implementing, monitoring, and reporting on cybersecurity controls.
  5. Overseeing risk assessments and continuity planning.
  6. Conducting internal security audits and supporting external audit processes.
  7. Driving our ISO 27001 certification at the group level.
  8. Fostering a security-first culture across the organization.

This dynamic role involves both strategic and operational tasks. You will be based in Stockholm and report directly to our COO.

Who You Are

We believe you have:

  1. Strong communication skills.
  2. A relevant university degree in IT, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
  3. At least five years of experience in information security or related fields.
  4. Profound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
  5. Hands-on experience with risk and security incident management.
  6. Experience in coordinating projects, leading workshops, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and uphold strong ethical principles. You are proactive, capable of inspiring and engaging others, and skilled at building strong relationships.
