THE ROLE
Within Capgemini, the Cloud Infrastructure Services business provides leading solutions to large global customers. The unit focuses on integrating and connecting resources to increase the speed, agility and cost efficiency of our clients' transformation initiatives. We are a global team of professionals who help organizations meet their business goals by transforming and managing their IT infrastructure landscape – leveraging innovations.

We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Director, Information Security & Security Protection.

In this role you will:

  1. Actively engage with clients and our organization on Information Security and Protection.
  2. Understand and explain Security Protection Agreement (SSA), Security Protection Arrangement (SPA), Supplier Security Directives (SSD), etc.
  3. Be hands-on and operational when needed, while overseeing the bigger picture concerning Information Security and Security Protection.
  4. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to security protection.
  5. Lead and coordinate security protection efforts.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats.
  7. Implement security procedures and policies to protect the organization's assets.
  8. Educate staff on security issues and ensure awareness of security protocols.
  9. Handle security incidents and conduct investigations in case of security breaches.
  10. Report on security status and incidents to management.
  11. Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, such as ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIS2, and others.
  12. Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to ensure the organization is at the forefront.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. Proven experience in Information Security as a Security Protection Manager or similar role.
  2. 4-10 years of experience in security management.
  3. Deep understanding of security frameworks, threat landscapes, and mitigation strategies, with proficiency in security tools and technologies.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence at all levels.
  5. Relevant certifications such as Protective Security, CISSP, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001.
  6. Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all professional activities.
  7. Full working proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.
