We deliver our property management services with custom developed software to simplify living and make life easier for property owners, association boards, residents and importantly our own property management professionals. We make complex topics such as managing property finances and the daily maintenance of buildings easy and we automate time-consuming everyday tasks so people can spend more time on things that they really enjoy.

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to be a driving force in shaping the future of the global residential property management industry, contributing directly to its success. As our Pricing Strategy & Execution Lead, you will play a central role in developing and executing pricing strategies that enhance client profitability and drive revenue growth. Working closely with management, finance, and sales teams, you will establish systematic pricing and client profitability models, shape and drive execution of pricing initiatives and provide visibility into pricing performance and impact.

You will be responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of pricing initiatives, defining clear objectives and performance metrics, tracking progress, and providing guidance and support to the client facing teams executing each initiative. You will also lead the pricing governance and reporting structure, ensuring transparency and accountability in pricing decisions.

This role demands a proactive and highly analytical individual with strong leadership ability, able to inspire and motivate teams, while also possessing the will to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on. You will be part of our Strategy & Value Creation team and report to Group COO.

Key responsibilities
  1. Pricing Modelling: Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  2. Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies.
  3. Pricing Execution: Lead pricing initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution, in collaboration with operating company property management, finance, sales and marketing teams.
  4. Pricing Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze impact pricing initiatives.
  5. Market analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
