Job Description

The Strategy and Transformation unit drives KONE's long-term success by identifying strategic priorities, ensuring a common direction, and bringing strategy to life together with KONE's areas and other functions.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our global Pricing Center of Excellence team as an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Pricing. This role will provide analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives in close collaboration with the Pricing Manager and reports to the Senior Manager, Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives
  • Work closely with other pricing stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze pricing data, generate actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in the implementation of pricing tools, processes, and governance
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pricing processes and practices
  • Support in developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills combined with experience in data analysis and providing insights for decision-making
  • Business acumen of understanding business and financial principles
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and describe complex statistics and advanced analyses in simple terms to stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Professional experience from strategy consulting or pricing is seen as an asset
  • Full English professional proficiency, with excellent written and verbal skills
