Avdelning Digital Transformation samlar Norconsults spetskompetens inom digitalisering med syfte att bidra till digital innovation och evolution. Avdelningen består av 17 medarbetare som finns representerade på våra kontor i Göteborg, Stockholm, Malmö, Linköping, Piteå och Örnsköldsvik.

Du kommer att leda avdelningen Digital Transformation där du tillsammans med kollegor med kompetens inom GIS & fjärranalys, systemutveckling, analytiker och data scientist driver Norconsults digitala spets – vår Edge. Du kommer även att samarbeta med flera nyckelpersoner inom bolaget för att forma strategin för digitalisering inom bolaget, vilket ger dig en central roll i vår utvecklingsresa.

Ditt uppdrag är att arbeta aktivt med att identifiera och initiera uppdrag som bidrar till att bredda vår uppdragsportfölj. Du är också en viktig del i vår fortsatta tillväxt genom att attrahera och rekrytera rätt kompetens till gruppen.

GIS och fjärranalys spelar en allt större roll i våra uppdrag. För att bättre kunna stötta vår växande organisation med kvalificerad kompetens inom GIS, fjärranalys, geografiska informationssystem och FME ser vi också att du jämte ditt ledarskap för avdelningen arbetar som uppdragsledare i GIS- och fjärranalysuppdrag.

Dina nyckeluppgifter och ansvarsområden:

  • Anbudsarbete för att hitta relevanta och utvecklande uppdrag där vi levererar stort värde till våra kunder.
  • Uppdragsledning inom området GIS & fjärranalys.
  • Personal-, verksamhets- och budgetansvar för Digital Transformation.
  • Ansvar för kvalitetssäkring och granskning av våra GIS-leveranser.
  • Rekrytering för att ytterligare stärka vårt erbjudande inom GIS & fjärranalys.
  • Utveckla GIS & fjärranalys som verktyg för att hjälpa våra kunder nå sina hållbarhetsmål.

Tjänstens placering är företrädesvis i Stockholm eller Göteborg.

För att trivas hos oss och lyckas i rollen behöver du vara en omtänksam och social person, som är bra på att kommunicera och återkoppla. Du är inte bara självgående, utan också drivande i en grupp och utvecklar verksamheten proaktivt utifrån rollen.

Du har en relevant högskoleexamen, har tidigare arbetat som chef samt har minst 5 års erfarenhet inom området med vana av att leda både små och stora uppdrag.

Du har ett stort intresse för GIS, fjärranalys och hållbarhetsfrågor och har koll på de vanligaste verktygen och arbetssätten. Ett stort plus är om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med fjärranalys där du behandlat multispektral satellitdata.
